Ss21 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions binding all users who access or use the ss21 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or making any transaction.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss21 platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ss21 platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The ss21 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the ss21 platform. Creating more than one account per individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. ss21 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents, to meet the platform's compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential.
- Notify ss21 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring all activity carried out through your account complies with these terms.
- Do not share your account or allow others to use it on your behalf.
Ss21 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ss21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied for users in Malaysia.
Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local internet banking. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Users acknowledge that:
- Funds deposited into a ss21 account are intended solely for betting and entertainment purposes.
- Ss21 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits.
- Any attempt to commit fraud in a transaction will be reported to the relevant authorities and the user's account will be suspended immediately.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements stated separately for each offer.
Ss21 does not cover any fees charged to users by third-party payment providers.
Platform Terms of Use & Liability Limits
Users agree to use the ss21 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules set out. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate ss21's games or systems.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate casino games or betting outcomes.
- Using another person's account or accessing the platform under a false identity.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the ss21 system.
Regarding liability limits, ss21 is not responsible for:
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, natural disasters, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
- Indirect damages, loss of profits, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the platform.
Ss21's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Ss21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Violation of any rules set out in these terms.
- Creating multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in bad faith.
Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be refunded once the investigation is complete and identity verification has been carried out.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ss21 platform — including logos, text, interface design, graphics, software, and trade names — is the property of ss21 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The ss21 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ss21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Ss21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Continued use of the ss21 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
